Tree planting
Many thanks to those who managed to squeeze in a few hours on last Saturday; and
also to those who sent apologies.
1,000 trees/saplings/bushes were planted by the hardy bunch of helpers (8
of us) on the Bidston Moss site.
Next Saturday (8th March) at Bidston Moss we still have 1000 trees left to plant.

Millets Birkenhead - Discount Evening
The store manager, Tim Stretton-Smith, at Millets Birkenhead announces an exclusive offer which he is presenting to all Scouts, Guides, Cadets and Duke of Edinburgh participants. On Thursday 13th March he will be holding an open evening (open till 8pm) for all participants and their families, for this evening we are offering an extra 10% to the normal 10% discount (when spending over £50) the above mentioned groups already receive. This offer is only valid for this evening at Millets Birkenhead.
Also on offer is a free expert boot and rucksack fitting service irrespective of whether the item(s) were bought from us.
This offer is open to anyone involved with the above organisations as long as they provide proof of membership.
